One such enterprise is iFarmer, a technology company that enables small-scale farmers and agri businesses to maximize their profit in Bangladesh. iFarmer sought IIX’s support to demonstrate its business and impact in improving farmers’ access to agricultural resources, earning the Orange Seal™ certification in 2024, signifying its efforts in active engagement of women in key roles across its workforce and farms at the last mile.

Through the Orange Seal™, iFarmer was able to generate interest from investors and generate US$200,000 in debt capital from the gender and climate-focused IIX Growth Fund.

Another enterprise with the Orange Seal™ is Sehat Kahani, a digital healthcare platform connecting patients to doctors through their app and e-clinics in Pakistan. Earning the seal showcases Sehat Kahani’s strong focus on women’s impact in an industry with seemingly limited environmental relevance.

With the Orange Seal™, Sehat Kahani recently secured an additional US$200,000 in funding from a female angel consortium and aims to raise US$2 million in Series A equity through IIX’s Impact Partners™ platform to further scale its business.
