Orange Forum 2025 will be hosted in Indonesia and serve as a landmark convening that redefines the global narrative: shifting the focus from crisis to leadership, from bold visions to actionable strategies.
Supported by the Orange Movement™ and its 293,000+ signatories, the Forum will convene key officials from Indonesia’s government, prominent international development organizations, and top institutional investors and corporate leaders from across the globe.
The Forum highlights Indonesia's leadership in deploying US$10 billion through thematic bonds and sukuk–connecting these efforts to broader movements across South and Southeast Asia and will answer one critical question: How do we scale Orange Capital solutions to transform financial systems and unlock sustainable, inclusive growth for all?

Indonesia Spotlight: Championing Inclusive Growth
Building on the heels of its historic US$ 1 billion Orange Bond and Sukuk issuance in 2025, Indonesia is emerging as a global leader in Orange instruments. As Indonesia scales toward its $5 billion Orange ambition by 2030, this session will explore pathways that can inspire and inform inclusive finance initiatives across ASEAN and the wider Global South, highlighting Indonesia's role as both a leader and a catalyst for regional progress.
Regional Cooperation: Shared Innovations, Collective Impact and Stimulating Trade
The challenges of climate change and gender inequality transcend borders, and scaling Orange instruments requires coordinated action across diverse stakeholders. This session will explore how governments, trade associations, and regional coalitions — including ASEAN and emerging partners such as the OECD — can share innovations, harmonize regulatory approaches, and scale cross-border solutions while stimulating trade. A just transition cannot be achieved with half the population excluded. Women are central to climate resilience and act as multipliers across all SDGs. In this closed-door session for Orange Movement members, partners will explore how Orange Financing can harness high finance to embed equity into climate action and accelerate SDG financing — ensuring that low-carbon economies are not only green, but also inclusive and achievable.
Multilateral and DFIs: Catalysts of Orange Capital
The year 2025 has underscored how multilateral institutions and DFIs are redefining the architecture of development and economic cooperation. As priorities shift toward climate action, resilience, and inclusive growth — and as countries place greater emphasis on SDG-focused growth— development partners are recalibrating which projects and instruments are best positioned to attract private sector investment.
